The wait time to be unloaded is absolutely ridiculous and their docks have the worst potholes I have ever seen at a warehouse, I got my truck stuck in a pothole while trying to back into dock 103. I wasn’t able to make it home on time because it takes them hours to receive ONE pallet. I hope you like sleeping because you will get plenty of down time here!

Got there and checked in @ 2300 Called for a door @ 0015 Appointment was 0100 Had to go inside all the way to the back to give bills. Then given a paper to give to the lumper at the door is came in. Truck was unloaded by 0220 Lumper paid with receipt by 0240 I fell asleep Went back inside at 0600 to ask about bills They told me lumper had them Lumper said office had bills THEY LOST/FORGOT ABOUT ME AND MY BILLS. Lumper brought my bills @ 0700 I was at door 59. Office is at door 49 Bathroom is "in the other building " THIS PLACE IN MY OPINION SUCKS. By the way i had 11 pallets 9742 lbs. Should not have taken this long. Receiving starts at 0000. I was Docked by 0015. BS

The facility is very large, but there are no clear signs showing where the driver entrance is. There is no proper parking, so all drivers have to park on the road. Security is not clear or helpful—they don’t explain exactly what you’re supposed to do. In my case, I was assigned a dock for just two pallets, but I had to wait about three hours to get unloaded. I eventually went inside myself and pushed them to give me the paperwork. The lumper had already been paid a long time before, so if I hadn’t gone in, I believe I would have been stuck at the dock until morning. The office is located inside, and it is very cold there, so make sure you dress warmly when you go in. Also, there are no signs indicating where the office is or who you need to speak with when you enter. Overall, I didn’t like this company

This place cares nothing about your clock . Poorly managed company. Receiving department was outsource to a third-party called Capstone logistics. Charging on avg. $464 for offloading trailers. You check in with security guard. Stagging area across street with no restrooms,vending machines. You can't leave once you check in. Offloading hours starts @ midnight until about 4am. If your late you have to wait till midnight again. Drivers be aware !

I arrived at 2330 for a 0030 appointment. I walked up and checked into security. I was told to wait for a call for a door. I received a call 10 minutes later for the door. You break the seal, open up, back in and then walk to the specific door they tell you for receiving, which is based on where you're delivering. Went to the receiving office and gave them the bols. They gave me their load paperwork to give to the lumper service, which is Capstone. The guy for Capstone said I would receive a text to make payment and he would bring the paperwork out when they were done. I had the bols and was out of there by 0200.
